Thank you for your interest in our newly developed ambassador program. We believe that all dog owners deserve the highest quality K9 Tack. The highest compliment we can receive is the referral of your friends, family, and followers. We are looking for people who love our gear, have our beliefs, and want to part of a great team of dog companions. Mid-Atlantic K9 is a close-knit family and we want to extend that same feeling to you when you become part of the our team.
Mid-Atlantic K9 is looking for those who love our K9 Tack and want to show it off to their friends, family, and followers. We are looking for dogs to put the unbelievable qualities of Biothane material to the test, while their owners take quality photos of their dogs in every aspect of the day. Whether it’s hiking, running, day trips to the beach, or just the casual day-to-day stroll in the park, we want to see everywhere you go with your four-legged partner. We want to know how you use our K9 Tack, and what makes it unlike any other product on the market. With our custom capabilities, we make sure your vision of the perfect leash, harness, or collar becomes a reality.
We are looking for customers to turn into equipment reps. You must be a customer first, MAK9er second. This means we no longer just send out free-bees to everyone just because you send us a request to be a rep of our’s. And then a week later, we see you wearing someone’s else gear. Our MAK9ers are family to us. We are investing a significant amount of money to give you gear, swag, and accessories. We expect certain things in return.
We have found those who invest in our K9 Tack initially, are the more reliable and consistent ambassadors for us. Anyone trying to LillyPAD, or go from social media account to social media account pleading for free gear to wear as a ambassador will not be considered. Therefore, we will not be accepting any submissions without first checking past orders to confirm you have been a customer previously.
Few requirements for potential MAK9er
1. Must be loyal to our brand of K9 Tack.
2. Contribute content on your personal blog/social media referencing Mid-Atlantic K9.
3. Be active in the hiking, running, or general outdoors community.
4. Be positive, up beat, motivating, and so enthusiastic you tell everyone about your K9 Tack.
5. Engagement…. Engagement… and more Engagement with your social media audience.
Tip: We do look at your social media account to see how often you are actively posting and how you photograph our K9 Tack. This point weighs the most in our decision-making process.

Program Responsibilities
- You receive the K9 Tack. You use it, try it out, and give us feedback on new prototype K9 Tack. YOUR OPINION MATTERS!!
- Engage with your audience, both online and in-person, in a fun and creative manner.
- Post on social media with your dog and our K9 Tack two to three times a week. We don’t require a set scheduling of posts, just encourage QUALITY Pictures. Use humor and be creative when capturing photographs of our K9 Tack.
- Encourage others to try our K9 Tack, be so enthusiastic and confident that you become frustrated when someone chooses another brand
- Educate your audience through social media posts, comments, and in-person with your local pet shops.
- QUALITY PHOTOGRAPHS! Photographs sell, and we need your help to sell our K9 Tack.

You start by receiving the basic line-up of K9 Tack. (QuikR Collar and 6ft Leash).
The more we see your code being used and orders coming more often, we will begin sending you more upgraded K9 Tack. Thicker Collars, Padded Harnesses, etc. to show off our brand.
Quality photos of your dog may be used to promote our brand both on our website, Etsy, and on social media.

How it works?
You receive a 10% referral discount code to give out. They receive 10% off, and you will receive 10% of the sale up to $10.
If the customer’s cart is $120 worth of Biothane. The new total is $108 with your referral code.
You would receive the maximum credit amount of $10 in of $10.80 (or 10%)
Payments will be made when you hit $50 increments usually via PayPal, Check or even Store Credit if you wish.
The more you refer, the more we increase your percentage discount you receive. The more we will offer you free gear, apparel, and the first to try our new prototypes.
